Statement of Faith
The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the basis for any statement of faith.
This church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.
We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind.
The ordinances of the church are baptisim and the Lord's Supper.
Preamble and Purpose
That the work of Christ through His local body, the Church, be understood to be the most important business on the earth; that the prime business of this New Testament church be better promoted, namely the winning of men and women, and boys and girls to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, therefore we declare and establish this constitution to preserve and secure the principles of our faith, and to govern the body in an orderly manner. This constitution will preserve the liberties of each individual church member and the freedom of action of this boy and its relation to other churches.
